AMENDMENTS TO EXPORT DECLARATION/PERMIT



In a meeting held on 14 January 1991 with Central Bank and Bureau of Customs it was reiterated that no amendments to Export Declaration/Permit shall be made after loading.

In the case of short shipment, Customs Inspection Report will be accepted in lieu of Certificate of Short-shipment by Bureau of Customs and bank Amendment issued by Authorized Agent Banks.

For increased quantity however, all exporters are required to secure amendment from Authorized Agent banks and clearance from GTEB prior to loading.

This shall cover new TEC applications to be filed beginning 15 March 1991.
