VISA AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SAUDI ARABIAN EMPLOYEES/PRINCIPALS



Effective 01 June 1990, the visa certificate issued by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia shall be required for purposes of accreditation and approval of job order for all Saudi Arabian employers/principals.

The Authority to Collect Visa shall no longer be accepted for the purposes mentioned. Entry visa stamped in the passports may be accepted in lieu of the visa certificate provided an English translation of the visa duly certified by the Department of Foreign Affairs is submitted.

This Circular supersedes all previous issuances inconsistent with or contrary to this guideline.
