CLARIFICATORY DEPARTMENT ORDER RELATING TO DEPARTMENT ORDER NOS. 3-B TO 3-F, SERIES OF 1994
For purposes of clarification, the following changes in the alphabetical sequence of Department Order Nos. 3-B to 3-F, series of 1994 are hereby corrected as follows:
Department Order No. 3-B Guidelines on the Issuance and Use of Artist Record Book (formerly D.O. 3-C)
Department Order No. 3-C Booking Confirmation (formerly D.O. 3-F)
Department Order No. 3-D Pre-departure Showcase Preview (formerly D.O. No. 3-E)
Department Order No. 3-E Salary of Performing Artists (formerly D.O. No. 3-D)
Department Order No. 3-F Guidelines on the Issuance and Use of the Artist Record Book by Returning
Performing Artists (formerly D.O. No. 3-B)
Section D of D.O. No. 3-F should read as ". . . in accordance with D.O. No. 3-D, Series of 1994."
Section E of D.O. No. 3-F should read as "Section C of D. O. No. 3-B, Series of 1994. . ."
Section F of D. O. No. 3-F should read as "Section E of D.O. No. 3-B, Series of 1994. . ."
Further, the dates indicated on the last page of each Department Order pertains to the computer cross reference in the draft of the Department Orders and not the date of approval of said Department Orders.
Department Order Nos. 3-B to 3-F were all signed and approved by the Secretary of Labor and Employment on September 6, 1994.
