MANDATORY SUBMISSION OF THE STATEMENT OF ANNUAL VALUE OF WORK ACCOMPLISHED (SAVWA) IN ALL RENEWAL APPLICATIONS

WHEREAS, part of the application form for renewal of license (PCAB Form PCAB-PAD-REN-FO1) is the Statement of Annual Value of Work Accomplished (SAVWA) which must be accomplished by the applicant to support its claim of revenue and the experience of its Sustaining Technical Employees;

WHEREAS, the SAVWA is an important indicator of the financial and technical qualifications of the contractor applicant; and

WHEREAS, some contractors fail to fully accomplish the SAVWA thereby depriving the Board of valuable information in the determination of the merits of the application.

Now, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing premises, the Board RESOLVED to require all contractors to fully accomplish the SAVWA and attach the same to applications for renewal. An application which showed income from construction without the fully accomplished SAVWA shall be considered incomplete and shall not be accepted for filing.

This Resolution shall take effect starting CFY 2015-2016.
