[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6286, June 19, 1971 ]
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OP A FRESH-WATER FISH FARM AND NURSERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALAYAAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Fisheries Commissioner, a regional fresh-water fish farm and nursery in the Municipality of Kalayaan, Province of Laguna.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is thereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal rear nineteen hundred and seventy-one. Thereafter, the amount of forty thousand pesos to defray expenses for the operation and maintenance of the project shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
