[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1122, June 15, 1954 ]
AN ACT TO CREATE THE BARRIO OF DON JUAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitios of Lungos ng Parang, Kulit, Lumpao, Pisa, Napapanayan and Lagundian, in the municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, are constituted into a barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Don Juan.

SECTION 1. The sitios of Lungos ng Parang, Kulit, Lumpao, Pisa, Napapanayan and Lagundian, in the municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, are constituted into a barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Don Juan.
The boundaries of the said barrio shall be as follows:SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
"Starting at the boundary of municipalities of Alitagtag and Cuenca, from the shore of Lake Taal, thence following the aforestated boundary line between the said municipalities upward, until the point or boundary line between the sitio of Kulit and barrio of San Felipe, Cuenca, thence going Northward to the uppermost central part of Makat-mon, thence including the entire portion of Maculot mountain facing Lake Taal to the boundary line between the sitios of Lagundian and Lagnas going downward following the aforestated boundary line to the shore of Lake Taal."
