[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2446, June 21, 1959 ]
AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN SECTION ONE, REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND NINETY-THREE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Items (m) and (n), for the Province of Leyte, subparagraph twenty-three, paragraph a, Title D, section one of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand ninety-three, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
SECTION 1. Items (m) and (n), for the Province of Leyte, subparagraph twenty-three, paragraph a, Title D, section one of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand ninety-three, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(m) San Roque Waterworks, Macrohon P5,000.00SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
"(n) San Isidro Waterworks, Malitbog 20,000.00"
