[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1283, June 14, 1955 ]
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAN ROQUE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF UNISAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitio of San Roque in the barrio of Tagumpay, Municipality of Unisan, Province of Quezon, is hereby separated from the barrio of Tagumpay and consti tuted into a separate and independent barrio of the same municipality, to be known as barrio San Roque.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 14, 1955.
