[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9992, February 10, 2010 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANTEQUERRA — SAN ISIDRO — LIBERTAD (TUBIGON) PROVINCIAL ROAD TRAVERSING THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ANTEQUERA, SAN ISIDRO AND TUBIGON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Antequera — San Isidro — Libertad (Tubigon) provincial Road traversing the municipalities of Antequera, San Isidro and Tubigon, Province of Bohol is hereby converted into a national road.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 12, 2008 and November 10, 2009, respectively.
