[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3339, June 18, 1961 ]
AN ACT CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Palawan, is further amended to read as follows:
"Palawan, two assistant provincial fiscals."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
