[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5098, June 17, 1967 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF SIPALAY CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, TO GENARO P. ALVAREZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Sipalay Central Elementary School in the Municipality of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Genaro P. Alvarez Elementary School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon
