[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5036, June 17, 1967 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIA AURORA, SUBPROVINCE OF AURORA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, TO BE KNOWN AS AURORA NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national agricultural school in the Municipality of Maria Aurora, Subprovince of Aurora, Province of Quezon, to be known as Aurora National Agricultural School.
Sec. 2. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Vocational Education, the President of the Philippines shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public lands located within the Municipality of Maria Aurora as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the school and its farm sites.
SEC. 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of v any funds m the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
