AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE TABUDTOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIAMBA, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, TO JUDGE BALTAZAR T. CAING, SR. MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Tabudtod Elementary School in the Municipality of Kiamba, Province of South Cotabato, is hereby changed to Judge Baltazar T. Caing, Sr. Memorial Elementary School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 18, 1989 and September 15, 1989, respectively.
