[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1320, June 16, 1955 ]
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAN JUAN IN MARICABAN ISLAND, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitio of Pirasan in the barrio of Payapa, Maricaban Island, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, is separated from the barrio of Payapa and constituted into a separate and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of San Juan.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 16, 1955.
