[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4736, June 18, 1966 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRESH-WATER DEMONSTRATION FISH FARM AND NURSERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF ABRA, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, a fresh-water demonstration fish farm and nursery in the Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Abra, to be known as Abra Fish Farm and Nursery.
SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, the sum of thirty thousand pesos for the operation and maintenance of the said project shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
