[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3863, June 12, 1964 ]
AN ACT DECLARING THE NATURAL HOT SPRINGS AT MONTELAGO, MUNICIPALITY OF NAUJAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, A TOURIST RESORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The natural hot springs at Montelago, Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby declared a tourist resort.
Sec. 2. The sum of six hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of buildings, roads and other facilities including the construction of a wharf during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation, maintenance and improvement shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
