[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5328, June 15, 1968 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING ONE ADDITIONAL JUDGE FOR THE CITY COURT OF THE CITY OF NAGA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FIVE O THE CHARTER OF SAID CITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred five, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Naga, is hereby mended to read as follows:
" SEC. 75. Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of city court.—There shall be a city court for the City of Naga, for which there shall be appointed two city judges and auxiliary city judge."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
