[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5272, June 15, 1968 ]

AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIBMANAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, AND TO AUTHORIZE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Libmanan, Province of Camarines Sur, at a site to be selected by the Director of the Bureau of Animal Industry with the assistance of the Municipal Mayor and District Engineer, to be known as the Libmanan Breeding Station.

SEC. 2. Upon recommendation of the Director of Animal Industry, the President of the Philippines shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public land located within the Municipality of Libmanan as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of said breeding station.

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase of breeding animals, supplies and materials, and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
