[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3777, June 22, 1963 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PUERICULTURE CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, INTO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CENTRAL ILOCOS SUR EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Narvacan Puericulture Center in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur, is hereby converted into an emergency hospital to be known as the Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts, in accordance with the provision of the Hospital Financing Act for provinces.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
