[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3775, June 22, 1963 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARAMOAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Caramoan, Province of Camarines Sur. The site shall be determined by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Caramoan in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
