[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4815, June 18, 1966 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT TRAINING CENTER FOR ELECTRO-MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL TRADES IN THE MARIK1NA SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAR1KINA, PROVINCE OF R1ZAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Director of Public Schools is hereby authorized and directed to establish a Pilot Training Center for Electro-Mechanical and Electrical Trades in the Marikina School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Marikina, Province of Rizal.

SEC. 2. With the approval of the Secretary of Education, the Director of Public Schools shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred and eighty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said pilot training center during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
