[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3454, June 16, 1962 ]
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MIGUEL AGORILLA
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Miguel Agorilla is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto: Provided, That this grant shall become effective upon Miguel Agorilla taking an oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines and executing a renunciation of his former citizenship, copies of which shall be recorded in the civil registrar's office in the locality of his residence: Provided, further, That the citizenship herein granted carries with it all the duties and responsibilities incident to such citizenship.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 16, 1962.
