[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9683, August 04, 2009 ]

AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 18 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BISLIG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. September 18 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Bislig, Province of Surigao del Sur to commemorate the signing of Republic Act No. 8804 declaring Bislig a city of Surigao del Sur.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
