[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7870, January 21, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BROOKE'S POINT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in the Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, with school site at Barangay Pangobilian, to be known as the Brooke's Point National High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 27, 1994 and November 15, 1994, respectively.
