[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9234, January 16, 2004 ]
AN ACT RENAMING THE CAMARINES SUR PORTION OF THE QUIRINO HIGHWAY AS ROLANDO R. ANDAYA HIGHWAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The existing Quirino Highway starting from the Camarines Sur-Quezon boundary up to the Municipality of Sipocot, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby renamed Rolando R. Andaya Highway.
SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby directed to implement the provision of this Act.
SEC. 3. All laws, decrees, orders and issuances or any part thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on November 19, 2003 and September 8, 2003, respectively.
