[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9199, March 13, 2003 ]
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE SAN FRANCISCO-DON JUAN VERCELES-MANIOGAN-TALA-SAN ANDRES-SAN NARCISO PROVINCIAL ROAD, COVERING SAID MUNICIPALITIES IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF BONDOC PENINSULA, QUEZON PROVINCE, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT THEREON
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The provincial road connecting the San Francisco-Don Juan Verceles-Maniogan- Tala- San Andres-San Narciso Provincial Road, all in the Province of Quezon is hereby converted into a national road.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 20, 2003 and December 18, 2002, respectively.

Lapsed into law on MAR 13 2003 , without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
