[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9324, August 08, 2004 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING AND DECLARING CERTAIN ROADS NAMED HEREUNDER IN THE FIRST DISTRICT, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR INTO NATIONAL ROADS AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The following roads in the First District of the Province of Northern Samar are hereby converted into national roads:
  1. Poblacion-Barangay Cabacungan Provincial Road in the Municipality of Allen;  
  2. Poblacion-Barangay Bonifacio Provincial Road in the Municipality of Allen;
  3. Poblacion-Barangay Trujillo Provincial Road in the Municipality of Bobon;
  4. Circumferential Provincial Road in the Island Municipality of San Antonio;
  5. Imelda-Barangay La Trinidad Provincial Road in the Municipality of Mondragon;
  6. Poblacion - Gengarog - Tubigdanao - San Lorenzo - Bonglas - Mandugang Provincial Road in the Municipality of San Jose; and
  7. Bugko Nenita - Mirador - Cagpanit-an - De Maria - San Jose Provincial Road in the Municipality of Mondragon.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said roads, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
