[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7475, May 05, 1992 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL IN SAN AQUILINO, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MARCELO I. CABRERA VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established a vocational and technical high school in San Aquilino, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, to be known as the Marcelo I. Cabrera Vocational High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 6, 1992 and January 27, 1992, respectively.
