[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8056, June 15, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DATU BALONG, MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARANGAY DATU BALONG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Datu Balong, Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao, to be known as the Barangay Datu Balong National High School.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
