[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8140, July 16, 1995 ]

AN ACT CREATING THE GOGON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DONSOL, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Gogon, Municipality of Donsol, Province of Sorsogon under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, to be known as the Gogon National High School.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representative was finally passed by the House of Representatives and Senate on December 16, 1994 and February 15, 1995, respectively.
