[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8663, June 25, 1998 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KAUSWAGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF TRINIDAD, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, TO BE KNOWN AS KAUSWAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRI�ATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Kauswagan, Municipality of Trinidad, and Province of Bohol, to be known as the Kauswagan National High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 21, 1997 and December 11, 1997, respectively.
