[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8782, April 27, 2000 ]

AN ACT SEPARATING THE NATIVIDAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN BARANGAY PULUNGMASLE, MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA FROM THE NATIVIDAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL LOCATED IN BARANGAY NATIVIDAD, MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA AND CONVERTING THE SAME INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PULUNGMASLE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Natividad National High School Annex in Barangay Pulungmasle, Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, is hereby separated from the Natividad National High School located in Barangay Natividad, Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga and the same is converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Pulungmasle National High School.

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act.

SEC. 3. The funding requirement for the operation of the Pulungmasle National High School shall be charged to the appropriations for the current fiscal year of the Natividad National High School-Pulungmasle Annex. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 3, 1999 and January 26, 2000,  respectively.
