[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8906, August 22, 2000 ]
AN ACT RE-ESTABLISHING THE COTABATO CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby re-established the Cotabato City National High School in Cotabato City.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This law shall take effect immediately upon approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 17, 1999 and May 22, 2000, respectively.
