[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8934, August 22, 2000 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CALUBCOB I, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, BATANGAS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Calubcob I National High School in Barangay Calubcob I, Municipality of San Juan, Batangas is hereby established.
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 3, 1999 and May 22, 2000, respectively.
