[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4865, April 26, 1967 ]
AN ACT NAMING THE PORTION OF THE PAN-PHILIPPINE HIGHWAY FROM BARRIO GUINTI-GUIAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BABATNGON, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO BARRIO PINAMONO-AN, MUNICIPALITY OF MAHAPLAG OF THE SAME PROVINCE AS THE DANIEL Z. ROMUALDEZ HIGHWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The portion of the Pan-Philippine Highway from Barrio Guintiguian, Municipality of Babatngon, Province of Leyte, to Barrio Pinamono-an, Municipality of Mahaplag of the same province, shall hereafter be known and referred to as the Daniel Z. Romualdez Highway.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, April 26, 1967.
