[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4380, June 19, 1965 ]
AN ACT TO FURTHER AMEND SECTION NINE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO HUNDRED SIXTY, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section nine of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and sixty as amended by Republic Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and severity-five is hereby further amended to read as follows:
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

SECTION 1. Section nine of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and sixty as amended by Republic Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and severity-five is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 9. Wage and Position Classification Office. — The Wage and Position Classification Office shall be responsible for the classification of positions in the civil service and shall standardize the salaries of the group or groups of positions to be classified: Provided, That the range of minimum and maximum salaries allowable for civil service eligibilities shall be:SEC. 2. All Acts, executive orders, administrative orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
