AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE ANTIQUE GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, TO ANGEL SALAZAR MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL.
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Antique General Hospital in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Antique, is hereby changed to Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
