AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MALITA AGRI-BUSINESS AND MARINE AND AQUATIC SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY TO SOUTHERN PHILIPPINES AGRI-BUSINESS AND MARINE AND AQUATIC SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Malita Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur, is changed to Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, March 7, 1984.
