[ Act No. 2320, January 31, 1914 ]

AN ACT ABOLISHING THE OFFICE OF SUPERVISING RAILWAY EXPERT CREATED BY ACT NUMBERED FIFTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVEN, AND TRANSFERRING THE DUTIES OF SAID OFFICE TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSIONERS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:

SECTION 1. The office of Supervising Railway Expert is hereby abolished, and all the duties heretofore devolving upon said office are transferred to the Board of Public Utility Commissioners created by Act Numbered Twenty-three loners, hundred and seven, as amended, and all Acts or parts of Acts wherein it is prescribed that duties shall be performed by the Supervising Railway Expert are amended so as to read "The Board of Public Utility Commissioners or its duly authorized agents."

SEC. 2. Sections one, two and six of Act Numbered Fifteen hundred and seven are hereby repealed, and all other sections and parts of sections of said Act Numbered Fifteen hundred and seven, and all amendments thereto are hereby amended so as to conform to the provisions hereinbefore set forth.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
