[ Acts No. 4171, December 04, 1934 ]

AN ACT GRANTING TO JESUS VAÑO A FRANCHISE TO INSTALL, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN AN ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALAPE, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, PHILIPPINE ISLANDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives  of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. Subject to the rules and conditions established in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-six, there is hereby granted to Jesus Vaño, for a period of thirty-five years from the approval of this Act, the right, privilege and authority to construct, maintain and operate an electric light, heat and power system for the purpose of generating and distributing electric light, heat and power, for sale within the limits of the municipality of Calape, Province of Bohol, Philippine Islands: Provided, however, That any deposit made or bond furnished by said Jesus Vaño in accordance with Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and ten shall be considered as a deposit made or bond furnished by him for the purposes of the present Act.

SEC. 2. Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and ten is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
