AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (E) OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item twenty-two on page six, under the heading "Batangas", read as follows:

"22. For the elementary school of Mataasnakahoy ............. P4,000.00"SEC. 2. Subsection (e) of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen, entitled "An Act making appropriations for public works", is hereby amended by making item twenty-four on page fourteen, under the heading "Ilocos Norte", read as follows:
"24. For the school of the barrio of Sagpatan, Sarrat ................ P1,000.00"SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
