[ Act No. 1390, September 06, 1905 ]

AN ACT TO AMEND ACT NUMBERED ELEVEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-SEVEN, AS AMENDED, SO AS TO FURTHER EXTEND THE TIME FOR THE REGISTRATION AND BRANDING OF LARGE CATTLE UNTIL DECEMBER THIRTY-FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIVE.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. Section thirty-four of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and forty-seven, entitled "An Act regulating the registration, branding, conveyance, and slaughter of large cattle. and providing for the disposition, care, custody, and sale of estrays or large cattle captured or seized by the Philippines Constabulary or other peace officers, and repealing Act Numbered Six hundred and thirty-seven, and so much of Act Numbered Eight hundred and seventy-seven as provides for the disposition, care, custody, or sale of cattle, carabaos, horses, and animals of the bovine family, and all other Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act," as amended, by Acts Numbered Twelve hundred and seventy-seven and Thirteen hundred and sixty-two, is hereby further amended so as to extend the time for the registration and branding of large cattle to December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and five.

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of ''An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws;" passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
