[ Act No. 3339, December 07, 1926 ]
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPALITY OF LEGASPI, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, TO ACQUIRE BY EXPROPRIATION PROCEEDINGS A PARCEL OF LAND FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A WORKMEN'S BARRIO IN SAID MUNICIPALITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The municipality of Legaspi, Province of Albay, is hereby authorized, with the consent of the Secretary of the Interior first had, to acquire by expropriation proceedings such land as it may require for the establishment of a workmen's barrio in said municipality.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, December 7, 1926.
