[ Act No. 1327, April 17, 1905 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR A LOAN OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS, OUT OF THE CONGRESSIONAL RELIEF FUND, TO THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAIRING AND METALING THE INDANG-NAIC ROAD IN SAID PROVINCE.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of the Congressional relief fund, the sum of twenty-five thousand pesos, to be loaned to the Province of Cavite and to be expended by the provincial board for the purpose of repairing and metaling the Indang-Naic road in said province, and constructing the necessary bridges and culverts thereon.

SEC. 2. The money hereby appropriated shall be paid to the provincial treasurer of Cavite upon the production by him to the Treasurer of the Philippine Islands of a certified copy of a resolution of the provincial board of Cavite accepting such loan and agreeing to repay the same without interest in three equal installments, the first within one year, the second within two years, and the third within three years from the date of the acceptance of the loan. Upon the repayment of said amount the same shall be credited to the account of the Congressional relief fund.

SEC. 3.  The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill. the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC.  4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
