[ Act No. 3303, December 02, 1926 ]
AN ACT APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING AND OTHER PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not appropriated for other purposes, for the construction of buildings and other permanent improvements in the College of Agriculture of the University of the Philippines.
SEC. 2. The sum herein appropriated shall be at the disposal of the Board of Regents of the University of the Philippines and shall be expended by resolution of the same for the purpose indicated in this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
