AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING FOR THE SAME PURPOSE THE BALANCE REMAINING UNEXPENDED ON JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX, OF THE SUM APPROPRIATED IN SECTION ONE, SUBSECTION (X), ITEM FIVE, OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN, AS AMENDED BY SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SIX
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The balance remaining unexpended on June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, of the sum of thirty thousand pesos appropriated by section one, subsection (x), item five, of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and thirteen, known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and twenty-five, as amended by section one of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and fifty-six, for the maintenance and improvement of the port works and wharf of Capiz, Province of Capiz, is hereby reappropriated for the same purpose.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, December 2, 1926.
