[ Act No. 3284, December 01, 1926 ]
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS, TO BE EXPENDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF PROVINCIAL HOSPITALS IN THE REGULAR PROVINCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN, AS AMENDED
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be made available by the Governor-General, with the approval of the Council of State, for disbursement by the Health Service in the form of aid to regular provinces for the construction, equipment, and maintenance of provincial hospitals and dependencies thereof in said provinces, under the terms and conditions established in Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and fourteen, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and sixty-eight.
SEC. 2. The provincial hospitals constructed under the provisions of this Act shall be maintained, managed, and operated in the same manner as those constructed, managed, and operated under the provisions of the acts mentioned in section one hereof.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
