[ Act No. 3964, December 02, 1932 ]
AN ACT TO AMEND ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, ENTITLED THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, INSERTING AFTER SUBSECTION (A) OF SECTION TWENTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR OF SAID ACT A NEW SUBSECTION, WHICH SHALL BE SUBSECTION (AA), RELATIVE TO THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE MUNICIPAL BOARD OF THE CITY OF MANILA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Section twenty-four hundred and forty-four of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (a) of said section the following additional subsection:

"(aa) To authorize the free distribution of medicine by the city physician to the employees and laborers of the city, and of fresh native milk, if available, to indigent mothers residing in the city."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
