[ Act No. 3947, December 01, 1932 ]
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE MANILA HARBOR BOARD TO TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE INSULAR GOVERNMENT THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FROM THE BOARD'S SURPLUS FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The Manila Harbor Board, created by Act Numbered Three thousand and two, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and fifty-one, shall cause the withdrawal of the sum of two hundred thousand pesos from its deposits in the Philippine National Bank and shall-transfer the said sum to the Insular Treasurer to be accounted for as part of the general funds of the Insular Government.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, December 1, 1932.
