AN ACT TO REMIT THE PENALTIES FOR DELINQUENCY IN THE PAYMENT OF THE CEDULA TAX UNTIL THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-TWO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The penalties incurred by persons who failed to pay in due time the cedula tax until the year nineteen hundred and thirty-two are hereby remitted: Provided, That only persons paying their delinquent cedula taxes on or before March thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, shall be entitled to this privilege.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
